Refund Policies
Digital Products

This Refund Policy applies to digital products purchased via our Shopify store, including the Notion Class Planning Template.
1. Digital Content
Our products are digital downloads delivered electronically. No physical item will be shipped.
2. 14-Day Cooling-Off Period (UK Customers)
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, customers normally have the right to cancel an online purchase within 14 days.
However, this right does not apply to digital content once delivery has begun, provided that:
- You have given express consent to receive the digital content immediately, and
- You acknowledge that you lose your right to cancel once access begins.
By completing your purchase, you:
- Consent to immediate delivery of the digital product, and
- Acknowledge that you lose your 14-day cancellation right once access is granted.
3. Refunds
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final once access has been provided.
We do not offer refunds for:
- Change of mind
- Incorrect purchase decisions
- Lack of familiarity with Notion
- Failure to download or use the product
4. Faulty or Misdescribed Content
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, digital content must be:
- As described
- Of satisfactory quality
- Fit for purpose

Online Studio Subscriptions – Uscreen (Subscription Only)
Subscriptions for the Online Studio (Mat & Reformer Pilates classes) are purchased and billed via Uscreen. This section does not apply to Shopify purchases.
Subscription Billing
Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually, depending on the plan selected). By subscribing, you authorise recurring payments to your chosen payment method until cancelled.
14-Day Cooling-Off Period
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have a 14-day right to cancel an online subscription.
However: if you request and receive immediate access to the streaming content and begin using the service, you:
- Provide express consent to immediate delivery of digital content, and
- Acknowledge that you lose your 14-day right to cancel once streaming begins.
By accessing the Online Studio, you agree to this.
Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings in Uscreen:
- Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle
- You will retain access until the end of the paid period
- We do not provide partial refunds for unused time
If a renewal payment has already been processed, the subscription will remain active until the end of that billing period.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued where required by UK consumer law. We do not provide refunds for:
- Partial subscription periods
- Forgotten cancellations
- Lack of usage
- Change of mind
Failed Payments
If a payment fails, access to the Online Studio may be suspended until payment is successfully processed.
