References to “we”, “us” and “our” refer to The Pilates Print.

References to “you” refer to the customer purchasing or accessing our services.

2. Our Services

We provide:

  1. On-demand Pilates content: pre-recorded mat and reformer classes for personal use.
  2. Professional digital products: Notion template(s) for instructors, for professional business use.

All content is delivered digitally. No live instruction or real-time supervision is provided.

Access is granted after purchase via our hosting platforms:

  • Shopify for checkout
  • Uscreen for video content

3. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to purchase or access our services.
  • By purchasing, you confirm you meet this requirement.

By participating in any on-demand Pilates classes, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Exercise carries inherent risk of injury.

  • You participate voluntarily and at your own risk.

  • Our content is not suitable for pregnant individuals.

  • You should consult a qualified medical professional if unsure about participating due to other medical conditions, injuries, or postnatal recovery.

  • Stop immediately if experiencing pain, dizziness, breathlessness, or discomfort.

  • Reformer classes require appropriate equipment. You are responsible for safe setup and use.

  • Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

5. Digital Content & 14-Day Cancellation Rights

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you normally have a 14-day right to cancel digital content purchases.

By purchasing and accessing our digital content, you acknowledge and agree that:

  • Access to the digital content is provided immediately after purchase.
  • You understand that the 14-day cancellation right is lost once streaming or access begins.

Once access has been provided, refunds will not be issued except where required by law.

6. Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are in GBP (£).
  • Payment is taken at the time of purchase via our secure third-party payment providers.
  • Subscription price changes will be communicated in advance.

7. Subscriptions

  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period.
  • Payment is taken automatically via your chosen method.
  • You may cancel at any time via your account; cancellation stops future payments but does not refund the current period.
  • Access continues until the end of the paid period.
  • No partial refunds for unused subscription periods.

8. Acceptable Use (All Products)

You agree not to:

  • Share login details or account access
  • Download, copy, screen record, or reproduce content for redistribution
  • Resell or commercially exploit content or tools
  • Use content in a manner contrary to the licence terms below

9. Intellectual Property

  • All videos, branding, logos, graphics, written materials, and templates are the intellectual property of The Pilates Print.
  • Content is provided for personal use (Pilates classes) or professional use (Notion template) only.
  • You do not acquire ownership rights in any product.

10. Professional Digital Products (Instructor Tools – Notion Template)

  1. Licence GrantWe grant a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the template for your professional business purposes only.

You may NOT:

  • Resell, share, or distribute the template
  • Copy or modify the template for redistribution
  • Use the template outside your own professional practice
  1. No Guarantee of ResultsThe template is a resource for professional use. We make no guarantees about client retention, revenue, or business outcomes.
  2. Digital Access & RefundsOnce access is provided or the template downloaded, refunds are not available except where required by law. By purchasing, you acknowledge that the 14-day cancellation right is waived.
  3. Technical RequirementsYou are responsible for a device or account capable of using Notion. We are not liable for third-party outages, platform issues, or software compatibility problems.
  4. Limitation of LiabilityOur liability for professional digital products is limited to the purchase price of the product. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or business losses.

11. Technical Requirements (All Products)

You are responsible for having a suitable device, internet connection, and safe exercise space.

We are not liable for interruptions caused by internet providers, platform outages, or circumstances beyond our control.

12. Limitation of Liability (All Products)

  • To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for indirect or consequential losses, loss of profits, or business interruption.
  • Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or fraud.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account without refund if:

  • Payment fails
  • You breach these Terms
  • You misuse content or tools

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Any disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
